The Shaktiman In-Out Rotary Tiller is a high precision inter row tillage machine, specially designed for vineyards, orchards, and plantations. Built for effective mechanical weed control, it promotes better soil aeration and root health without the use of herbicides making it ideal for organic and sustainable farming. A standout feature is its hydraulic side shift mechanism with sensor based obstacle detection, allowing the tiller to automatically manoeuvre around trees, vines, and posts with ease. The machine also includes hydraulic tilting of the rotor head, which is height
adjustable and equipped with a spring damper to absorb violent shocks, ensuring smooth operation in challenging field conditions. For added protection, the rotor is fitted with a special safety coupling in the transmission, guarding against sudden impacts or overloads. With its uniform tillage, efficient weed suppression, and easy manoeuvrability, the Shaktiman In and Out Rotary Tiller delivers healthier fields with minimal labour and zero chemicals.

Sugarcane Farming
Sugarcane is mostly grown in subtropical and tropical areas on various kinds of soils. Its stalks can reach heights of 3-7 meters. Sugarcane harvesting is a complex process consisting of a variety of different steps. Whether it is about cane cutting at the base of the stalks, cane chopping and depositing into a transporter, or blowing residues back onto the field – Shaktiman’s innovative equipment is designed to handle all these operations efficiently.

Hydraulic In and Out Side Shift Mechanism: Allows the tiller to move laterally in and out around obstacles like trees, vines, or posts, ensuring uninterrupted tillage.
Sensor Based Obstacle Detection System :Equipped with a metal sensor that detects obstacles and triggers automatic side shifting; the tiller returns to its original pat h once the obstacle is cleared.
Hydraulically Adjustable Rotor Head: The rotor head's height can be adjusted to suit different soil conditions, enabling accurate and consistent tilling depth.
Spring Damper on Rotor Head: Integrated spring damper absorbs violent shocks during operation, protecting both the machine and nearby crops.
